You must be at least 13 years old to use ChemiNaviQ. Users under 18 require parental or guardian consent.

3. Account Registration

You must register with accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

ChemiNaviQ offers a free tier and premium subscriptions (€3.99/month, with PPP pricing adjustments). Payments are processed via Stripe. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on ChemiNaviQ, including quiz questions, lessons, mini-games, and software, is the exclusive property of ChemiNaviQ. Reproduction without permission is prohibited.

6. Acceptable Use

You may not use ChemiNaviQ to cheat, spam, harass other users, or engage in any activity that violates applicable law or these Terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

ChemiNaviQ is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ChemiNaviQ is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany. Disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Germany.
