Frequently Asked Questions
How do I start learning with ChemiNaviQ?
Create a free account and you can immediately access the Chemistry Topics, the first 5 quiz levels, the Chemistry Study Guide, and the Animation Studio. Sign in, then use the sidebar to navigate to any section.
What is included in the Chemistry Study Guide?
The Chemistry Study Guide is a comprehensive reference covering all major chemistry topics — atomic structure, bonding, reactions, acids and bases, organic chemistry, electrochemistry, and more. It is designed to complement your quiz practice and academy modules.
What are the animated chemistry lessons?
The Animation Studio contains 18 fully animated chemistry lessons across 4 topic categories: Foundations, Atomic Structure & Bonding, Reactions & Energy, and Advanced Topics. Each lesson has 6 animated slides with live visuals, narration, and key revision points — no extra software required.
What is the Lab Pack and who is it for?
The Lab Pack is an advanced module for students studying stoichiometry and titrations. It includes a step-by-step AI stoichiometry tutor with method marks (marks awarded for each correct intermediate step), an interactive titration lab simulator with three titration types, and 12 acid/base misconception checks with targeted feedback.
How do I book an online tutorial session?
Visit the Online Tutorials page to see the session types available — one-on-one coaching, small-group classes, and exam-preparation intensives. You can contact us via WhatsApp or email directly from that page to book a session covering IGCSE, A-Level, WAEC, JAMB, Abitur, and more.
What are Chem Coins and how do I earn them?
Chem Coins are ChemiNaviQ's in-app currency. Earn them by completing quiz levels, watching optional short video ads (free users), and through special events. Coins can be used for hints during quizzes and in-app rewards. Accumulated coins can also be redeemed for real rewards at a rate of 100 coins = €1 (minimum 500 coins).
What is the difference between free and premium?
Free users can access the first 5 quiz levels, Chemistry Topics, the Study Guide, animated lessons, and the Lab Pack. A premium subscription (€3.99/month) unlocks all 20 quiz levels, removes ads, and gives access to all platform features including advanced exam question banks.
How does the multiplayer chemistry quiz work?
The multiplayer quiz lets up to 20 players compete in real time using a game-show buzz-in mechanic. A host creates a room and shares the code; players join from any device. Correct answers earn points with speed bonuses. The question bank has 450 questions with no-repeat logic within a session.
How do Live Discussions work?
Live Discussions are video-enabled learning rooms with a collaborative whiteboard (Excalidraw), shared notes, live emoji reactions, and host moderation controls. Create or join a room to study together. The host can manage speakers, mute participants, and control access via a waiting room.
