Payment data: processed by Stripe — we do not store full card details
Communication data: messages sent in live discussion rooms (moderated for safety)

To provide and improve the ChemiNaviQ service
To process subscription payments via Stripe
To send optional email notifications (quiz reminders, inactivity alerts)
To ensure platform security and prevent abuse
